Crystal Mestres-Bishop is a Realtor Expansion Expert and the Founder & Executive Director of REALO Pros.
A Fordham University graduate in Marketing and Business Communications, Crystal brings more than 12 years of experience as a Realtor® and deep expertise in recruiting, onboarding, and business development. Before founding REALO Pros, Crystal served as Director of Growth & Onboarding for a 300+ agent mega team associated with more than $370 million in real estate sales in 2025 — an experience that showed her firsthand what agents struggle with, and exactly what infrastructure makes them grow.
She founded REALO Pros to put that infrastructure within every professional's reach. In less than 12 months, she built a nationwide network of 75+ real estate and mortgage professionals, combining coaching, deal strategy, marketing support, mentorship, and production accountability — helping agents work smarter, streamline each transaction, and optimize their earning potential. As a real estate and loan origination coach and national mortgage banker, she helps ambitious Realtors®, top-producing brokers, and team leaders scale nationwide.
Through her coaching and industry events, Crystal teaches efficiency and systems: how to expand beyond commissions, bring more value to your clients, and close more deals by building a one-stop-shop business.
Rooted in faith, service, ownership, and legacy, she believes in sharing knowledge and building people, not just businesses — because when professionals grow, families and communities grow with them. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, their three children, and their German Shepherd.
