A graduate of Fordham University with a degree in Marketing and Business Communications, Crystal brings a unique blend of industry expertise, business development, and leadership to the professionals she serves. With over 12 years of experience as a Realtor®, Crystal Mestres-Bishop previously served as Director of Growth & Onboarding for a 300+ agent mega team connected to more than $370 million in real estate sales in 2025. Through years of leadership, recruiting, mentorship, and agent development, she understands firsthand what real estate professionals need to feel supported, build stronger client relationships, increase retention, and create sustainable long-term income within an evolving industry.
As the founder of REALO Pros, Crystal has developed one of the fastest-growing brokerage-agnostic platforms focused on creating true Homeownership Specialists.
